We collect information you provide when you contact us, submit a sourcing request, join the mailing list, create an order, or complete checkout.

This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, shipping address, order details, messages, and watch reference images you choose to send us.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Stripe may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and tax information according to its own policies.

3. How we use information

We use customer information to answer enquiries, assess and fulfill sourcing requests, process orders, calculate tax, ship purchases, prevent fraud, maintain records, and send updates you requested.

We do not sell customer personal information.

4. Service providers

We may share necessary information with service providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Resend, shipping carriers, analytics or hosting providers, and eBay when an order or listing requires it.

5. Email

Marketing emails are opt-in only. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

Transactional messages about enquiries, orders, shipping, and support may still be sent.
