Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping
Orders ship free within the United States by an insured, trackable service with signature confirmation.
We normally ship within two business days after payment clears and the watch receives a final outbound inspection.
2. Delivery
Delivery timing depends on destination and carrier service level. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves us.
Please ship to a US address where an adult can sign for the package.
3. Final sale
All watches are sold as final sale. We do not accept buyer-remorse returns or exchanges when a watch was accurately described and delivered as ordered.
4. Non-conformity reports
Any non-conformity must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt, with photographs attached.
If we approve a return for a materially misdescribed or non-conforming item, the watch must be returned in the same condition with all included accessories, boxes, paperwork, and packaging before any refund is issued.
5. Carrier claims
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly.
We handle carrier insurance claims for labels and insurance we purchase, and we may request photos, packaging, delivery records, or signed statements required by the carrier.
