Terms of Sale

1. One-of-one availability

Every watch is sold individually. Adding a watch to the bag does not reserve it.

Inventory is reserved only when checkout starts and is held for a limited time while payment is completed.

2. Orders and review

We may cancel or refund an order if payment fails, fraud risk is elevated, shipping information cannot be verified, the watch is unavailable, or the listing contains a material error.

3. Pricing and tax

Prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Buyer is responsible for any charges, fees, or address issues created by incorrect checkout information.

4. eBay and website timing

Some watches may also be listed on eBay. Website payment marks the watch sold and triggers eBay offer withdrawal.

An eBay order marks the watch sold here and clears any website reservation. If a rare timing conflict occurs between the website and eBay, the website order takes priority and the eBay buyer is refunded or cancelled where permitted by marketplace rules.

5. Descriptions

Descriptions, measurements, photos, service notes, and condition reports are provided in good faith.

Vintage watches can include variations and prior service history that are not always fully knowable.

6. Final sale

All watches are final sale unless we approve an exception for a materially misdescribed or non-conforming item reported within 72 hours of receipt with photographs attached.

These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
